Putin grants Russian citizenship to Steven Seagal

Vladimir Putin has granted actor Steven Seagal Russian citizenship, the Kremlin reported on its website on Thursday, according to Reuters. Migrant crisis: ‘Hundreds dead’ in shipwrecks off Libya

About 240 migrants are believed drowned in two shipwrecks off the coast of Libya, migration officials say.
