Another Lusaka wife kills husband
A woman of Lusaka has allegedly killed her husband after running over him with a car after a marital dispute.
Lusaka Province Police Commissioner Nelson Phiri has confirmed the development to QFM News via telephone.
Mr. Phiri says the incident happened in Makeni area and has identified the deceased as Kakumbi Milumbi.
He narrates that the woman wanted to get away with her two kids in her car when the deceased tried to stop her while holding on to the car through the window and was in the process run over.
Mr Phiri says the woman drove for about seven hundred meters before stopping the car only to realize that her husband had died in the process.
It is believed that the woman who is a member of the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) UNZA Congregation works for Focus Insurance in Lusaka.
The couple has been on separation and the woman had moved out of the marital home but went back to pick up the kids resulting in the dispute.
