Green Party President Peter Sinkamba
Green Party President Peter Sinkamba has backed President Edgar Lungu’s stance to fire Ministers and other government officials involved in corruption.
Mr. Sinkamba says it is good that President Lungu has admitted that there is widespread and pervasive corruption among his ministers.
He however, states that President Lungu should not just end at warning the Ministers and government officials, but go further and fire those who are corrupt.
Mr. Sinkamba says by firing these officials, President Lungu will instill confidence in the people of Zambia that he is committed to fighting corruption.
He adds that firing corrupt officials will also deter would be culprits of corruption.
