Sinai plane crash: ‘External influence’ caused crash

The Russian airline Kogalymavia has blamed “external influence” for Saturday’s Sinai plane crash which killed 224 people. Government has disclosed that a total of 503 NGOs were registered as at 30th September, 2015 under the NGO Act number 16 of 2009.
