CAZ to conduct inspections to check on those underpaying their workers

The Cleaning Association of Zambia has partnered with the Ministry of Labour to conduct inspections of cleaning companies to check on those underpaying their workers.

Association President Lawrence Makumbi says the Association wants a workforce that is happy and motivated because they are being paid correct wages.

Mr. Makumbi has told QTV news that the Association will ensure that all the workers in the sector are paid the minimum wage.

He has commended some cleaning companies on the Copperbelt and Northwestern Province for paying workers above the Minimum wage.
