Former Ruling Patriotic Front have challenged Former Finance Minister Felix Mutati who was in government at the time the f-t-j university project was launched to tell the nation where the $33 million went.

Acting Party President Given Lubinda says answers surrounding details of the payment of 33 million dollars on the project are within the government in the ministry of finance and national planning and can be accessed by those in government through the paper trail.

And Mr. Lubinda has warned that the party will not sit idle when its name and reputation is being brought into disrepute by the ruling UPND.

He says pf as a party should not be dragged into the debate surrounding FTJ university construction project which Minister of Infrastructure, Housing And Urban Development Charles Milupi described as a serious indictment on the pf.

Speaking at a media briefing in Lusaka Mr. Lubinda who was accompanied by party secretary general Nickson Chilangwa and Professor Nkandu Luo among others says it is totally wrong and unacceptable for Mr. Milupi or anyone else to ramp the whole party with such treacherous narrative.

And commenting on the same matter former Higher Education Minister Professor Nkandu Luo says the 33 million dollars was split to two institutional projects namely, the FTJ University in Mansa and the Northern University in kasama.

Meanwhile Nickson Chilangwa says the construction of the FTJ University was halted following governments pronouncement to suspend all projects below 80 percent.
