Veteran politician Chifumu Banda has described the prevailing political atmosphere in the country as muddy and lacking civility.
Mr. Banda tells Q-news that this is so because the current crop of politicians is practicing politics of name calling.
He is urged politicians to embrace issue based and civil politics.
And Mr. Banda who once served as Chasefu Member of Parliament is urging politicians, especially those in power to be tolerant of divergent views.
