Banking sector urged to step up efforts to reciprocate Govt’s policy

The Bankers Association of Zambia Chairperson Mizinga Melu says the banking sector must step up efforts to reciprocate government’s policy direction on e-government.

Ms. Melu tells Q-news in an interview that reciprocating government’s policy direction on e-government is the best way for the banking sector to reach the unbanked population and providing convenience to clients in the delivery of banking services.

She says the banking sector should work aggressively to achieving Zambia’s transformation of the digital economy.
