Effects of climate change in Mbabala worries area MP

Mbabala member of parliament Joseph Munsanje has bemoaned that the effects of climate change in his constituency which is leading to the flooding of some rivers in April due to heavy rains being experienced.

Mr. Munsanje bemoans that some areas such as Mpinde area which houses Mpinde secondary and Hakoola secondary schools have been cut off from the rest of the constituency due to the flooding of the Mpinde river which occurred earlier this week as a result of heavy rains.

The law maker tells q news that it is though it is very strange experiencing heavy rains in April, it is however understood that it is the happenings are effects of climate change which need counter solutions.
