Mbabala Member of Parliament Joseph Munsanje says he will prioritize finishing projects that stalled during the previous regime before embarking on new projects.
Speaking to q-news, Mr. Munsanje says a number of infrastructure projects such as roads, health centers, schools had not be completed in the constituency during the previous regime.
He notes that all the projects will be undertaken by local people who will be imparted with different skills to enable them undertake all the projects in his constituency.
Mr Musanje has since urged the ward development committees to ensure all the development programs in the constituency involve local youths and women.
