Community Action Against Corruption has challenged the anti-corruption commission to ensure that the case involving the former Lusaka province minister bowman Lusambo is addressed to the latter.
CAAC chief executive officer Brighton Tembo has observed that the seizure of bowman Lusambo’s property by acc is not different from other undertakings of acc which do not produce any meaningful results.
Mr. Tembo tells q news that most Zambians are now fatigued with sensational media stunts of acc arrests and seizure of properties of corruption suspects, which they fail to process successfully.
He has noted that currently all the investigative wings of government and the office of the director of public prosecution, cannot help the country to fight corruption, because they all lack serious organization and professionalism in their conduct of duty.
Mr. Tembo is therefore hoping that this time around acc has done its homework, before seizing Mr. Lusambo’s property.
