Ruling UPND Secretary General Batuke Imenda has advised politicians to work towards ensuring the sustenance of national peace by contributing towards economic and social growth.
Mr Imenda says the country has several challenges that require collaboration from all stakeholders including political players if they are to be overcome.
He has advised political armchair critics to concentrate on national economic and social building and criticize for the sake of remaining relevant politically.
Mr Imenda says political players should depart from deliberately creating unnecessary anxiety in the country through careless and unsubstantiated statements with a view to creating uncertainty in the country.
