Human resource management committees to recruitment of health workers

Civil service commission Chairperson Peter Mumba says human resource management committees have been successfully established in 9 provinces to handle the recruitment of health workers in provinces.

Speaking to Journalists in Lusaka when he gave an update on the recruitment process for health workers, Mr. Mumba says all human resource management committees and human resource management sub committees at district and provincial levels will undertake data capturing of all applications received from 13th to 20th April.

He says Screening of short listed candidates and submission of shortlisted applicants will take place from 21st to 30th April.

Mr Mumba says processing of recommendations for shortlisted applicants will be from 9th to 19th May, 2022 while publication of successful candidates will be on 22nd to 24th May.

He has reiterated  that the recruitment exercise of 11,276 health workers across the country will be closely monitored by the anti corruption commission ACC to ensure transparency in line with ACC act number 3 of 2012.
