The public urged to report suspected vandal of the utility’s equipment

ZESCO limited principal public relations manager Henry Kapata has urged members of the general public to remain alert and report anyone suspected of being a vandal of the utility’s equipment.

Mr. Kapata says this will ensure that new Lusaka transmission and distribution rehabilitation project (LTDRP)serve its intended purpose of continues supply of power to the general public without interruption.

In an interview with Q-news, Mr. Kapata says the project has been designed to mitigate all the power challenges that were experienced in Lusaka but when equipment is vandalized, the general public will be forced to bear the impact before the problem is resolved by ZESCO personnel.
