SAVENDA Group of companies Chief Executive Officer, Clever Mpoha says the African continent should migrate from developing to developed.
Speaking when he featured on VOA’s Nightline Africa monitored by QFM News, Mr Mpoha who shared how in 1997 he invested a US$1,000 which has now turned into more than US$300 million, says he has always believed that African solutions will not come from anywhere else other than from Africans themselves.
He says the Africa of today is different from that of the olden days, as most Africans now have western education, therefore Africa together with the west can do much more working together.
Mr Mpoha says Africans will not need to travel the world if businesses are developed on the continent and that SAVENDA wanted to be an example from inception in 1997.
He has also stressed the need for Africans in the Diaspora to return to the continent so that their knowledge can benefit the continent.
