Senior chief Kaputa of Kaputa district in northern province has described the late 4th president rupiah Banda as someone who related with anyone in society regardless of their status.
Speaking in a telephone interview with q news chief Kaputa notes that he will remember Mr. Banda for the maturity he portrayed in the way he interacted with anyone he came across in society regardless of their status in society.
The traditional leader says Mr. Banda has left a legacy that people will continue to talk about for years to come.
Senior chief Kaputa has stressed the need for the family of the late former president and political leaders to ensure that his legacy leaves on and is emulated.
