Action aid youth hub and global platform Zambia environmental activist Inonge Sakala has called on the ministry of green economy and environment to enter into a memorandum of understanding with various youths dealing in recycling.
Ms. Sakala tells Q-News that with the establishment of the ministry of green economy and environment, youths with small start-ups in recycling are hopeful of more opportunities for green jobs.
She says the minister of green economy and environment should come up with a deliberate policy to engage youths as they are key stakeholders in realizing a sustainable green economy.
