Mobilize cadres towards positive thinking, Kabanda urges politicians

A Constitutional Expert Simon Kabanda has condemned the violence that has characterized the Sesheke parliamentary by-election campaigns.

Mr. Kabanda has appealed to politicians participating in the Sesheke Parliamentary By-election to mobilize their cadres towards positive thinking and not sway their minds into negativity.

He says there is need to promote a culture of responsible cadres who think and perceive things positively.

Mr. Kabanda is therefore encouraging Zambians to join in the Campaign to Promote a Culture of Responsible Citizens who think and perceive things positively.

He is worried that political violence has become a cancer, an indication that politicians are not endeavoring to promote a culture of responsible cadres in their political parties.

Mr. Kabanda has called upon members of the general public to take keen interest in what is happening in the conduct of politics in the country.

Meanwhile Mr Kabanda has encouraged government to address issues to do with the Public Order Act.
