Kabwe Central Member of Parliament, Tutwa Ngulube has commended President Edgar Lungu for calling on the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) to revise its maize purchasing price.
Mr. Ngulube says the farmers in his constituency have welcomed the President’s intervention.
He states that President Lungu should be commended for listening to the cry of the farmers.
Mr. Ngulube has told QTV News that most farmers whom he has spoken to felt the K65 buying price announced by the FRA was very low.
He says his call to the farmers in his constituency is that they sell their maize to the FRA.
