Chienge Member of Parliament Given Katuta has expressed concern that Chiengi District has not benefited anything from the 650 health posts being constructed around the country.

Ms Katuta says the only thing she has seen in her constituency is the elevation of slabs for the construction of the health posts but no progress has been made on these structures.

Meanwhile, Ms. Katuta says she would prefer if all the farmers in her constituency can be reverted back to the conventional FISP saying the e-voucher system is characterized by chaotic implementation.

She says the system has failed the farmers and hence the need to revert them back to the old system as the new one is not working accordingly.
