Zambians urged to embrace children with disability- Mwamba

vlcsnap-2018-05-05-07h31m19s263The Blessed and Humble Social Club has urged Zambians to embrace children with various disabilities by creating access opportunities to social services as one way of attaining inclusiveness at all levels.

Organization Chairperson Lynos Mwamba has called on members of the public to open up to people with disabilities, particularly children so that they equally access their fundamental basic human rights thereby participate effectively in national development activities.

He says it is the intention of the Club to ensure more children have access to education.

Mr.Mwamba has also called for the proper handling of cases of abuse involving children with disabilities.

He tells QTV news that the Club strives to promote and advance the welfare of children with disabilities from the household, community and national level.

And Mr. Mwamba has noted that early identification of disabilities in children is crucial to providing relevant interventions for their survival, growth, development and further assimilation in society.
