The opposition Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) says there is need for the case of minister’s illegal stay in office to be taken back to the constitutional court for furthermore guidance on the repayment methods.
FDD Spokesperson Antonio Mwanza says there is need for a time frame on when the former ministers should pay back citing that failure to which, the issue can die a natural death.
He notes that the former ministers need to pay back because the people of Zambia need this money adding that it is a lot of money which if can be used for developmental projects in the country.
Mr. Mwanza says the Zambians do not want a situation where the issue goes on and on until it dies a natural death.
He has encouraged Zambians not to relent but ensure that the former ministers pay back their money.
