The Anti-Voter Apathy Project (AVAP) has accused Cabinet and deputy Ministers of allegedly using public resources to campaign.
AVAP Executive Director Richwell Mulwani says he has on several occasions seen Ministers using government vehicles during political activities in the name of inspecting government developmental projects.
Mr. Mulwani is calling on the Electoral Commission of Zambia to follow these allegations of Ministers using government resources and equipment in their campaigns.
Mr. Mulwani says government resources should not be used to advance any political agenda.
