RTSA Acting Senior Public Relations Manager Fredrick Mubanga
The Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) has warned political party cadres that it will not take more of their unruly behaviour on the roads.
RTSA Senior Public Relations Manager Fredrick Mubanga says the agency has tolerated enough of the unruly behavior by cadres on the roads and will now enforce the law in its totality.
Mr. Mubanga says while the agency last month had a meeting in partnership with the Electoral Commission of Zambia asking political party leaders to ensure their members adhere to road safety regulations, all the education went in vain.
Mr Mubanga says the agency expected political party cadres to be responsible enough after the meeting, but that this has not been the case.
