FDD acusses PF of failing to device effective education policies

The Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) has charged that the PF Government has lamentably failed to come up with convincing policies to manage the higher education system in the country.

FDD Spokesperson Antonio Mwanza says it is disheartening that the Copperbelt University (CBU) remains closed with no hope that concerned parties will resolve the impasse which led to the closure of the institution.

Mr. Mwanza states that the current strategy the PF Government has adopted is not doing any good to the advancement of the education sector.

Mr. Mwanza says the PF government should have known by now that the Zambian people expect more from them and should therefore inspire confidence in the people.

He has since advised the government to change its approach towards the advancement of the education sector by coming up with the right policies.
