Patriotic Front (PF) Kafue Member of Parliament Obvious Mwaliteta is happy with the quick completion of the construction of Chikupi secondary school which will be officially opened in a week’s time.
Mr. Mwaliteta explains that the population of school pupils in Kafue has grown hence the need to have enough secondary schools to accommodate the pupils.
He states that the construction of the secondary school in the district will also help parents to reduce on the cost of sending their children to faraway places.
Mr Mwaliteta could however not state how much the construction of the school which will accommodate over 1,000 pupils has gobbled.
He adds that he is also working closely with the rural roads unit to urgently work on all the roads that need attention in the district.
