Rita Ora and Ricky Hilfiger SPLIT up

RITA Ora is a single lady once again.

The X Factor judge, who has been busy filming the audition stage of the show, is has called time on her romance with Ricky Hilfiger.

The reason? Their “on going work commitments.”

“They both tried to make it work but their schedules made it difficult. They are on two different sides of the Atlantic and Rita is going to be based in the UK for the next five months,” a source told The Sun of the couple who began dating in the summer of 2014.

“As soon as she got the X Factor gig, it was the final nail in the coffin for their relationship and they realised it wasn’t going to work.”

Insisting that there won’t be any going back for the pair, the insider added: “They’ve always had a very on-off relationship but friends of the pair say that this time it is for good.

“It has been an amicable split and they remain friends.”

Despite coming to an agreement that their romance wasn’t going to last, the Poison singer, whose appearance on The X Factor has been praised by Union J star Jaymi Hensley, was still “upset” over their split.

“Rita has been very upset that things didn’t work out with Ricky but has been throwing herself into her work to keep her mind off it.”

A spokesperson for Rita and Ricky has been approached for comment.
