Chipata rights activist bemoans high cost of living in Zambia

Chipata based civil rights activist Alick Mwanza has bemoaned the continued high cost of living in the country.

Mr. Mwanza says while the Patriotic Front government promised to reduce the high cost of living in the country, the cost of living has continued to rise.

He says this is very unbearable to the majority poor people in the country who continue to wallow deeper into poverty.

Mr. Mwanza has since appealed to the PF government to fulfill their promises and reduce the cost of living in the country.

Mr. Mwanza further states that if the PF government is not careful, the high cost of living may cost them in the 2016 general election.
