Justice Minister Ngosa Simbyakula
Government has presented to Parliament a constitution of Zambia amendment bill of 2015.
Justice Minister Ngosa Simbyakula who presented the bill said the objective of the bill is to amend the constitution so as to increase the number of elected Members of Parliament to 156.
The bill has since passed first reading.
Speaker of the national assembly Patrick Matibini has since referred the bill to the committee on legal affairs, governance human rights, gender maters and child affairs.
