It is poor leadership style to print ballot papers abroad – Msoni

The All People’s Congress (APC) has observed that Zambia’s continued printing of ballot papers abroad is sign of poor leadership style.

APC president Nason Msoni says it is hard for him to understand why the country has found it prudent to print ballot papers in South African each time there is an election.

Mr. Msoni has also wondered why the government is not able to realize how many jobs it has been creating for the people of South Africa at the expense of Zambians considering the number of times ballot papers have been printed in that country.

He has told QFM News that he believes many jobs could have been created for the unemployed Zambian youths had the government focused on recapitalizing the Government Printers or any other local company to print ballot papers locally.
