Former Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) President Stanley Mhango says questions of FODEP’s credibility being raised by stakeholders should not be taken lightly.

Mr. Mhango has since appealed to the FODEP Board and the Executive Director to take note of the credibility concerns being raised on the organization.

He says the FODEP board and the Executive Director should quickly correct the perception of the organization by certain stakeholders.

He has suggested that FODEP dialogue with the sectors of society rising concerns of credibility in order to correct the perception and protect the image of the organization.

Mr. Mhango states that FODEP’s role in monitoring the democratic dispensation and elections in the country should not be compromised.

He adds that FODEP should go back to the roots upon which it was founded and begin to play the role for which it was created.
