Tayali vows, Kaizer will answer for threatening his life

Zambian Voice Executive Director Chilufya Tayali has vowed that the President’s Special assistant for political affairs Kaizer Zulu will answer to the criminal offense of threatening violence.

Mr. Tayali says he has irrefutable evidence to prove in Court that Mr. Zulu did threaten his life when he recently phoned him.

He states that as an advocate of justice, he wants to use this case not only to ensure his security, but also to advocate for the rule of law considering that no one is above law.

Mr. Tayali says he is looking forward to the Police enforcing the law by charging Mr Zulu with the offense of threatening violence once he presents himself for questioning.

He states that he wants Mr. Zulu to tell the court of law why he threatened his life.

Mr Zulu yesterday failed to appear at Lusaka Central Police Station where he was summoned for questioning following Mr Tayali’s lodged complaint.
