Ng’oma counsels PF not to relax after wining June by-elections

Political Scientist Alex Ng’oma has advised the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) not to be relaxed despite their resounding victory in Tuesday’s parliamentary by-elections.

Dr. Ng’oma tells QFM News that though politics can be unpredictable in that what happens today can change the next day, the ruling party has tried their best to win all elections.

Dr. Ng’oma explains that in this regard the Patriotic Front should not be relaxed in their effort to continue campaigning and explain the developmental agenda to the Zambian people.

He says other stakeholders should also be careful in the manner they make pronouncements regarding the outcome of the results for the three parliamentary by elections because others factors can turn things around.

Dr. Ng’oma has since stated that for now it is only in order for Zambians to congratulate the PF for wining the Malambo, Petauke Central and Mulobezi seats.

Dr. Ng’oma says the ruling party deserves to be congratulated for their resounding victory in the just ended parliamentary by-elections.
