Process of establishing of Ant-terrorism center on course- Simbyakula

Government says the process of establishing an anti-terrorism center in Zambia is on course.

Justice Minister Ngosa Simbyakula has disclosed that government is determined to protect people in the country from all forms terrorism threats.

Dr.Simbyakula states that this is why government’s pronouncement to have an anti terrorism centre has not just remained a political statement but a serious move it has committed itself to.

He says government has to this effect already taken the anti-terrorism bill to Parliament and that government is optimistic that it will be enacted into law before the end of 2015.

And Dr. Simbyakula stresses that the Zambian government is also concerned about acts and threats of terrorism on the African continent and will endeavor to work with other African governments to combat the insurgents.
