Scott urged to remain resilient

Acting Republican President Guy Scott has been called upon to continue being above board as he leads the country through the power transition period.

The Evangelical Youth Alliance International (EYAI) is urging Dr. Scott to realize that sometimes what is required for a political party to move forward after succession is a political compromise.

EYAI Director Moses Lungu says his organization is particularly asking the Acting REV MOSESRepublican President to question himself as to whether if late President Michael Sata was to come back to life today he would be smiling at him given what has transpired after his death.

Reverend Lungu states that while Dr. Scott leads the country through power transition to keep in mind the relationship that he had with late President Sata and ensure that the ruling party retains power come January 20th 2015.

He has told Qfm News that it is this vein that he thinks that the Acting Republican President sees the importance to revisits his position on the ruling PF.

The EYAI Director has suggested that Dr. Scott should learn to die a little and act in the best interest of the ruling party.

He says the Acting Republican President should however do so in way that shows respect to late President Sata who put trust in him.
