Lady Gaga Thought Taylor Swift Was ‘Full Of Sh–’

Taylor Swift may be BFFs with literally everyone, but she had to do a little convincing to get the seal of approval from one pop star: Lady Gaga.

While Gaga admitted to Howard Stern that she “can’t say anything bad about her” after meeting just a few times she wasn’t sure just how genuine the “Shake It Off” singer was when they sat near each other at the 2013 American Music Awards.

“It was at the AMAs or something – her and I were sitting next to each other, and she goes, ‘Oh my god! I love ARTPOP! And I love “Applause!” “Applause” is my favorite song!’ ” Gaga said.

She continued, “I was thinking, ‘Yeah, yeah, yeah, this chick is full of sh––,’ right?”

Turns out, Taylor really was a fan of the song. Gaga’s stylist, Brandon, just so happened to be working with Taylor, and called Mother Monster to let her know that Taylor was “blasting ARTPOP so loud, and she is dancing and she’s posing.”

“I said to myself, ‘I like this girl.’ You know why? Because she said the same thing to my face as she said behind my back,” Gaga said. “Yeah, I like her.”

But there is no question about how she feels about the other Taylor in her life, her longtime boyfriend Taylor Kinney.
