The opposition MMD has called for clean and violence free campaigns ahead of the July 26th Lusaka mayoral by-election.
Party spokesperson, Cephas Mukuka is urging the Zambia Police to firmly deal with any form of confusion at the forefront of the by-election.
Dr. Mukuka says Lusaka being a big City with a number of constituencies poses great challenge to both the Police command and the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ).
He has told QTV News the Police should come up with new strategies to ensure the safety of the electorate and all participating political parties.
