Nigeria attacks: Blasts and rockets ‘kill 31’ in Borno state

Two suicide bombers have attacked a town in north-eastern Nigeria only hours after the country’s army chief urged displaced residents to return home because it was safe. Aquarius in Valencia: Spain welcomes migrants from disputed ship

The Spanish port of Valencia has seen the arrival of the first ship carrying migrants rescued from the Mediterranean Sea and turned away by Italy and Malta.
