PF in S. Province calls on UPND to stop violence

The ruling PF in Southern Province has called on the opposition UPND to engage in issue based politics and desist from engaging violence.

The ruling party is worried that the opposition UPND is taking a wrong route of attacking opponents just to get into office.

PF Monze District Chairman Gilbert Mwila says the UPND has become the most violent political party in the country.

Mr. Mwila says the cadres who attacked Vice President Inonge Wina’s family members in Nalolo constituency must be brought to book without hesitation.

And Mazabuka PF Chairman Moses Ngosa says the party is shocked that the UPND has gone to such extent of attacking innocent people.
