Zambian Voice concerned, Lungu’s parley speech has not changed attitudes

The Zambian Voice is concerned that no change in attitude appears to have take place in government after President Edgar Lungu‘s maiden speech to Parliament.

Executive Director Chilufya Tayali says his organization expected that change in attitude should have started with President Lungu himself and trickle to the rest of his government.

Mr. Tayali has told Qfm News his organization is however not seeing this change in attitude.

He states that this is what is frustrating his organization as it took note of the many positive things that President Lungu highlighted in his speech.

Mr. Tayali notes that the Zambian Voice’s worry is that Zambia is currently at a point where quick intervention in the economic front and in leadership.

He says President Lungu has not given that leadership to showing that he is taking the country in a particular direction with respect the economic challenges the Country is facing.
