ActionAid urges accountability in use of Eurobond monies

ActionAid Zambia has re-emphasized the need for government to account for the money accrued from the issued Eurobonds is being utilized.

ActionAid wants government to give a clear breakdown of how this money has been used so far.

Country Director Pamela Chisanga says government should do so being wary that it is the right of each responsible Zambian to know how government is and has used these borrowed funds.

Ms Chisanga says this is especially that Zambia’s public debt situation has now increased overall debt vulnerability of the Country.
