People’s Party president Mike Mulongoti has observed the need to re-position Zambia as a distinctive tourism destination in the sub-Saharan Africa region.
Mr, Mulongoti has advised government to do this by developing all tourism sites in the country.
He believes that Zambia has sufficient tourism sites which can make it a more attractive tourism destination.
Mr. Mulongoti thinks that developing all tourism sites can also boost the tourism sector and fully harness its potential to contribute to Zambia’s economic development.
He thinks that the private sector can play a critical role in helping to develop the tourism sector.
And Mr. Mulongoti has advised the PF government is to listen to the Zambian people if they want to lead the country in a right direction.
