NAREP defends Chipimo

Elias Chipimo Junior

The opposition National Restoration Party (NAREP) has refuted claims that its leader Elias Chipimo Junior is soliciting for a job from the PF Government saying such allegations are unmerited.

NAREP National secretary Mabvuto Mwanza says Mr. Chipimo is there because he wants to form government and help to uplift the living standards of the people.

Mr. Mwanza says the people spreading such rumors are bitter politicians who have realized Mr. Chipimo’s potential and want to bring him down.

And the opposition political party has reminded politicians that there is need to concentrate on issues affecting the nation and not political attacks.

Mr. Mwanza says the people of Zambia are tired of hearing about political differences and personal attacks.

He says what Zambians want now is to see their leaders providing solutions to the challenges affecting the nation.

He notes that personal attacks are a waste of time which can never be required thus the need for politicians to move away from personal attacks.

Mr. Mwanza adds that politicians should realize that at the end of the day, Zambians take account and will be able to judge.

He says it is incumbent upon politicians on whether to paint a good picture to the Zambians or a wrong one.
