Lusaka Dynamos will battle to end a four-match losing run when they host fellow promoted side Nkwazi in Lusaka on Wednesday.

Fifth-from-bottom Dynamos trace their last points to September 5 when they finished 0-0 away at second-from-bottom Nakambala Leopards.

Since then, Dynamos have lost twice at home and as many times on the road, scoring four and conceding ten goals.

The defeats have seen Dynamos dragged into the battle for the lone relegation place remaining with Napsa Stars, Konkola Blades and Nakambala Leopards with three games left to play.

Coach Perry Mutapa will be hoping that teenage striker Colnyde Luchanga, who made a dream debut for Zambia with a goal in a 3-0 win over Mozambique on October 17, will be on fire for Dynamos again.

Luchanga scored a brace in the two sides’ first-leg meeting on June 14 that ended 2-2.

Guests Nkwazi have no relegation worries and are safely in seventh place heading into Wednesday’s game.

Elsewhere, Napsa, who are one point behind Dynamos on 27 points, host sixth-placed Red Arrows at Woodlands Stadium in Lusaka.

Just below Napsa are Blades on 26 points who are also in action in Lusaka where they visit fourth-placed Green Buffaloes at the Independence Stadium.
