EYAI Executive Director Reverend Moses Lungu
The Evangelical Youth Alliance International (EYAI) has encouraged Zambians to continue promoting peace and unity as the country prepares to commemorate 51 years of being independent.
EYAI Executive Director Reverend Moses Lungu says Zambia is known to be a peaceful nation and so Zambians should always strive to maintain this status quo.
Reverend Lungu says other countries admire Zambians because of the way they conduct themselves.
Reverend Lungu has however called on political leaders to be agents of peace and not engage in things that may not take the nation forward.
He says the way some politicians have been conducting their politics in Zambia is worrying and that they do not show leadership skills in them.
Reverend Lungu has since called on Zambians to always ensure that they promote peace and unity if the country is to continue enjoying the peace and stability.
