ZCSD makes counsels ahead of national prayer aftermath

The Zambia Council for Social Development (ZCSD) says there will be need for those who are privileged to reach out to the underprivileged after the October 18th national day of prayer and fasting.

ZCSD Executive secretary Lewis Mwape says it will be good to see leaders dinning together and shaking hands after the prayer and fasting as a demonstration of love and forgiveness towards each other.

He says people can also provide small food gifts to those in need.

Mr Mwape however states that this should not be a one day thing, but that people should be able reach out to those in need whenever God blesses them.

He further states that there is need for government to commit to give the people of Zambia a good constitution which will guarantee the people human rights and dignity.
