Stand-Up and Be-Counted confident to meet NRC target

Stand-Up and Be-Counted project coordinator Vanessa Silungwe has expressed confidence that his organization will attain its one thousand target of having youths acquire National Registration Cards (NRCs) between now and 2016.

Mrs. Silungwe says the main aim of her organization’s project is to sensitize the young people on the importance of acquiring NRCs.

She has disclosed that the first phase of the project will be rolled out in Lusaka for a period of three months before being spread to other parts of the country.
