Kaizer Zulu pleads not guilty

Special Assistant to the President for Political Affairs, Kaizer Zulu has pleaded not guilty to two Counts of Threatening Violence and Failure to take precaution against injury relating to a recent shooting incident at Lusaka’s Chrismar Hotel.

Mr. Zulu took plea this morning before Lusaka Principal Resident Magistrate Mwaka Mikalile.Kaizer Zulu

He accused of threatening violence and failing to take precaution against possible injury to Enoch Kavindele when he discharged his firearm.
And Magistrate Mikalile has since set 9th October as the date for commencement of trial.

Mr. Zulu who is being represented by lawyers KBF and Partners was arrested on 25th September following a complaint lodged with Police by former vice president Enoch Kavindele’s son Enoch Junior.

This after Mr Zulu fired gun shots after a bar altercation with Mr Kavindele.
