Chikondi Foundation President Bishop John mambo has described as unfortunate the culture of insulting national leaders without remorse by young people.

Bishop mambo says it is a taboo for a young person to insult an elderly person, much less someone who holds the leadership mantle in the country.

He has counseled citizens’ especially young people to advance their views without uttering insulting language.

Bishop Mambo has told Q-news that the country is already divided on political lines which the UPND government is trying to address; hence insulting language goes to dilute those genuine efforts.

Recently, three boys from Luapula province were arrested for uttering insults on the Head of State using a live Facebook video that went viral.
