Political philosopher Mark Simuwe has asked the Vice President Mutale Nalumango to tell the nation why some ministers have not been attending parliamentary proceedings to avoid some speculations.

Mr. Simuwe has told QTV news in an interview that although some ministers have been out of the country; there is need for those who are in the country to tell the nation through the vice president as to why they do not attend parliamentary sessions.

He says ministers are supposed to be in parliament to respond to questions from the opposition on a number of issues affecting the country.

Mr. Simuwe says in as much as some ministers are also members of parliament who must ensure that the implementation of constituency development fund is done properly there is no excuse for missing parliament proceedings.
